Job summary

Ingka Business Service Center, part of IKEA, operates the Regional HUB Europe in Poznań. You will join the P&C Switzerland team to process HR Administration and payroll for IKEA employees in Switzerland, supported by a Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll.
• Expert knowledge of Swiss labour law.
• Expert knowledge of Swiss retirement and pension funds law.
• Proven experience working with SAP within HR/People & Culture processes.

Responsibilities

• Team Leader’s morning briefing and team catch-up.
• Process HR admin changes in the systems for colleagues.
• Coordinate with national HR unit to clarify issues.
• Handle payroll and HR administrative tasks and respond to inquiries.
• Support onboarding Buddy and share knowledge.
• Contribute to Excel-based report extraction and data analysis.
