Franklin Templeton Investments in Poland seeks an experienced OTC Operations professional to support the full lifecycle of derivative products including Swaps and CFDs. You will handle trade capture validation, trade confirmations, and lifecycle event processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while collaborating with brokers, Front Office, and Technology.

The role focuses on risk mitigation, data integrity, and process optimization, with opportunities to contribute to automation initiatives

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services, preferably Operations, Middle Office, or Investment Operations.
• Knowledge of derivative products is a strong advantage.

Mansioni

• Perform OTC Operations activities.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and procedural compliance.
• Perform reviewer and control functions.
• Investigate reconciliations, breaks, discrepancies and exceptions.
