Job summary

State Street Corporation in Kraków is seeking an OTC Derivatives Middle Office specialist to support global investment managers through the full lifecycle of complex OTC derivatives. You will handle trade processing, confirmations, settlements, investigations, and client service while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, global operating model.

Qualifications

• Experience in Middle Office, Derivatives Operations, or related financial services.
• Understanding of OTC derivatives and trade lifecycle events is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage OTC derivatives throughout the trade lifecycle, including trade capture, validation, resets, amendments, exercises, expiries, and settlements.
• Process and monitor trade confirmations and resolve outstanding exceptions.
• Support cash settlement activities, investigate breaks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Partner with Investment Managers, Counterparties, Custodians, Fund Accounting, Back Office and Technology teams.
• Perform operational investigations and drive issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and onboarding of new products and clients.
• Support knowledge sharing and development of junior team members.
