Job summary

State Street in Poland is seeking an Associate 1 to support daily derivative operations and client servicing. You will work with clients, custodians, brokers and internal teams to ensure accurate processing of trades and cash movements across swaps, options, futures and CFDs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid work model with at least three days in the office per week and training opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in any discipline.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, operations or customer service would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day servicing of derivative transactions and work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate processing.
• Perform daily processing activities across derivative products including swaps, options, futures and CFDs.
• Assist with trade validation, confirmation and lifecycle management.
• Monitor derivative‑related cash movements, fees, margins, and settlements.
• Produce and distribute standard operational reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
