Clariant SE in Łódź is seeking a Senior Order Management Specialist fluent in Spanish to manage end-to-end order fulfilment. You will coordinate transport, customs, and shipments while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field.
• Min 3 years in Customer Service Desk or Logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP SD module.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Spanish language at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the order management process, including transport and customs.
• Delivery and shipment creation.
• Communicate timely with inquiries from customers and with warehouse, production, forwarders, customers and sales.
• Represent Clariant professionally to customers.

Senior Order Management Specialist with Spanish

We are looking for an experienced Senior Order Management Specialist with Spanish to join our Order Management Team in Łódź. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality customer service. You will act as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, ensure smooth operations, and continuously improve order management processes.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate all aspects of the order management process, including transport and customs.
• Delivery and shipment creation.
• Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers, and also wih warehouse,production, forwarders, customers and sales.
• Represent Clariant to customers in a professional manner at all times.
• Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents, take care of complaints, give feedback, and updatesto Customer.
• Being two-way communication channel between Customer and Organization
• Correction and completion of the Sales documents.
• Support improvement and automation projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or other relevant field.
• Min 3 years of experience in Customer Service Desk or Logistics, Export or Supply Chain area.
• Knowledge of SAP SD module.
• Excel, Word and Outlook - working competency.
