Clariant's Łódź Order Management team seeks a Senior Order Management Specialist to independently run daily operations, maintain high service levels, and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes end-to-end processes and strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

You will own order and transport tasks, communicate with customers, support the team, ensure compliance, and contribute to projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business areas such as customer service or Order Management.
• 2+ years SAP module knowledge; good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset; translate needs into sustainable solutions.
• Mature communication with stakeholders and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance/quality guidelines are respected within processes.
• Support and be a role model in problem-solving initiatives.
• University degree in Business, Economics, Sciences, Logistics or related.

Senior Order Management Specialist (m/f/d)

The Order Management team in Łódź is seeking a Senior Order Management Specialist to independently execute daily Order Management operations ensuring seamless customer service. This role focuses on end-to-end process excellence, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position serves as a role model for the team through proactive problem-solving and minimal supervision while delivering sustainable solutions that meet customer needs

What will you be doing?

• Execute Order & Transport Operations: Take ownership of daily Order Management and Transport Management tasks, including documentation, while maintaining high quality standards and process consistency;
• Communicate with Customers: Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing their questions and operational needs in a timely and professional manner;
• Innovate & Improve: Actively contribute to process enhancement initiatives by spotting improvement opportunities, proposing creative solutions, and participating in projects that make our work more efficient;
• Maintain Compliance Standards: Ensure all activities meet regulatory requirements and internal guidelines, participate in audits, and promptly report any risks to the management team;
• Provide Team Support: Step in as backup for colleagues when needed, facilitate smooth knowledge sharing, and engage actively in team meetings to maintain operational continuity;
• Build Strong Connections: Foster collaborative relationships with team members in the Łódź SSC and across different Clariant departments to ensure smooth information flow and teamwork;
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Cultivate trusted partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external customers, consistently working to exceed their expectations;

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years solid experience in the business areas; customer service, OM;
• 2+ years SAP Module knowledge, Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook;
• Project Management experience - will be an adventage;
• Customer Centricity by identifying and understanding customer needs translating them into tangible and sustainable solutions;
• Mature communication with our main stakeholders, addressing the challenge and looking for potential solutions;
• Ensure that compliance/quality guidelines are respected within process performance;
• Support and be role model in the problem solving initiatives when required;
• Team player: respectful and open to different perspectives;
• Univeristy degree in Business,Economics Sciences, Logistics or other relevant.
