Job summary

Clariant SE in Łódź is seeking a Business Support Representative to join the Order Management Team. You will handle daily, quarterly, and yearly transactions, follow standard procedures and ensure clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Order Management, SAP knowledge, and strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills. A university degree and English at B2 level are expected, with a willingness to work in a hybrid environment in Lodz.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Order Management.
• Desirable experience in a Shared Service Center.
• Project Management experience is an advantage.
• 2+ years SAP module knowledge; good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
• English level B2; other languages are a plus.
• Soft skills include independence, service mindset, process orientation and results focus.
• End-to-end process understanding and optimization.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences or related.

Job description

We are looking for a Business Support Represenative who can join to our Order Management Team in Łódź.

What will you be doing?

• Perform the daily/quarterly/yearly transactional activities, to meet the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement.
• Follow the up-to-date operational procedures, adherence to the standardized process landscape.
• Ensure timely and transparent communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders, while proactively identifying potential issues and performing appropriate escalations to maintain operational continuity.
• Participate in and actively drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting and initiating process improvement projects, and proactively contributing creative ideas to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Be proactive and creative in looking for new ideas for value creation for the customer
• Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities.
• Act as a backup for other team member/s as per aligned back up structure. Ensure proper knowledge transfer between backups.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years’ solid experience in the Order Management area
• Desirable working experience in a Shared Serviced Center
• Project Management experience will be an adventage
• 2+ years SAP Module knowledge, good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
• English level B2 and knowledge of other languages will be an asset
