Clariant in Łódź, Poland, is seeking a Business Support Representative to join the Order Management Team in Łódź. The role requires 3+ years in order management, SAP knowledge, and strong Excel/Word skills, with English at B2 level.

You will perform transactional activities, follow standardized procedures, communicate with customers, and drive continuous improvements while supporting audits. The position offers a hybrid work model with relocation support if needed.

Qualifications

• Desirable Shared Services Center exposure
• University degree in Business Administration or Economics
• 2+ years SAP knowledge; good Excel/Word/Outlook
• English level B2; other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/quarterly/yearly transactional activities to meet SLA/KPIs
• Follow up-to-date procedures and standardized processes
• Ensure timely, transparent communication with customers and stakeholders; escalate issues
• Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas
• Be proactive in value creation for the customer
• Ensure regulatory and audit compliance; back up team members as needed

We are looking for a Business Support Represenative who can join to our Order Management Team in Łódź.

What will you be doing?

• Perform the daily/quarterly/yearly transactional activities, to meet the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement.


• Follow the up-to-date operational procedures, adherence to the standardized process landscape.


• Ensure timely and transparent communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders, while proactively identifying potential issues and performing appropriate escalations to maintain operational continuity.


• Participate in and actively drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting and initiating process improvement projects, and proactively contributing creative ideas to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.


• Be proactive and creative in looking for new ideas for value creation for the customer


• Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities.


• Act as a backup for other team member/s as per aligned back up structure. Ensure proper knowledge transfer between backups.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years’ solid experience in the Order Management area


• Desirable working experience in a Shared Serviced Center


• Project Management experience will be an adventage


• 2+ years SAP Module knowledge, good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook


• English level B2 and knowledge of other languages will be an asset


• Soft skills on: work independency, service mindset, process-oriented and result driven, self-learning and improvement ability, ability on problem solving, team player, ability to work under pressure, time management, good communication skills, requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities, presentation skills, customer focus, negotiation skills; influencing skills, change management.


• End-to-end process understanding & optimization


• University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences or relevant.
