Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Biotechnology.
• 3–5 years of self-organized development work in data science or a related field.
• Programming with Python, R, or similar; experience with GenAI or other models; strong foundation in mathematical optimization.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Biotechnology.
• Experience: 3–5 years of self-organized development work in data science or a related field.
• Skills: programming (Python, R, or similar); experience with GenAI or other models; solid foundation in mathematical optimization; problem-solving mindset and solution orientation; Business-technical acumen; ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language.
