Job summary

Antal in Warsaw is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join our international team. You will manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accurate processing and high-quality support for customers and internal stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance and Warehouse teams to resolve issues, coordinate deliveries and maintain a smooth customer experience. This is a full-time role based in Poland.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language required.
• Experience in customer service or order management preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage orders end-to-end.

Responsibilities
