Job summary

Devire is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support the order lifecycle for the DACH region. The role entails handling orders across departments, solving client issues, and coordinating with logistics and finance teams.

You will maintain customer records in CRM/ticketing systems, issue necessary documents, and ensure timely delivery updates. A strong background in order management and fluent German, along with good English, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management or customer service with B2B/B2C clients.
• German (C1) and English (B2) proficiency required.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire orders lifecycle across departments.
• Resolve clients' problems and claims.
• Update clients on delivery times and schedules.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, purchasing, and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ticketing tools.
• Issue invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes on request.

Join the SSC structures as Order Management Specialist and support the order lifecycle operations in DACH region.

Requirements

• experience in Order Management/Customer Service with B2B/B2C clients, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG industry
• fluency in German language (C1) and communicative English (B2)
• knowledge of ERP systems, client-support platforms (a plus) and Excel
• good problem-solving skills
• good communication skills, to solve customer's issues and cooperate smoothly with other departments and stakeholders

Responsibilities
