Job summary

HCLTech seeks an Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and optimizations of Fusion Cloud SCM for global clients. You will configure Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Subscription Management, define P2P and O2C processes, and support Financials with FSM, BPM, and data migration tools.

In this role you will coach teams, run workshops, prepare documentation, and ensure successful delivery with a focus on SLAs and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ ERP consulting experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• At least 4 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.
• Hands-on configuration across Procurement, Inventory, Order Management and Subscription Management.
• Led at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials and SLAs.
• Strong knowledge of P2P, O2C and subscription-based processes.
• Proficient with FSM, BPM, data migration tools and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Configure and optimize SCM modules to meet client requirements.
• Analyze and document Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Support Oracle Fusion Financials, including SLA management.
• Utilize FSM, BPM, and data migration tools for setup and integration.
• Develop OTBI/BI Publisher reports and perform SQL analysis.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure user adoption.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
