Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Warsaw is seeking a Principal-level professional to lead Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives across the full lifecycle. You will drive workshops, define future-state visions, review requirements, and oversee design, build, deployment, and hypercare with global delivery teams.

You will lead a cross-functional team, mentor junior colleagues, and influence CIO/CTO level decisions, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence within a major consulting organization

Qualifications

• Lead Oracle Cloud transformation programmes across the full lifecycle.
• Drive pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops for Oracle Cloud adoption.
• Coordinate on- and off-shore resources to deliver ERP/EPM Cloud projects.
• Manage large delivery teams and ensure alignment with design principles and standards.
• Inspire and develop junior colleagues and facilitate executive-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud transformation delivery.
• Coordinate on- and off-shore resources and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Ensure deliverables are consistent with design principles and methodologies.
• Facilitate executive-level business decisions using Oracle Cloud roadmap guidance.
