Apex IT in the United States is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Principal Consultant to lead Core HR implementations for clients. The role involves defining business requirements, guiding solution design, and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM to support HR operations and administration.

The Principal Consultant will provide SME leadership across Core HR while partnering with project leadership and architects to ensure delivery excellence, client relationship management, and adoption of Oracle HCM best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong consulting background.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, Core HR focus.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely or on-site at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationships and manage escalations.
• Lead Core HR design workshops and discovery sessions.
• Translate client business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to consultants and analysts on the project.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect and project leadership to determine best solutions.
