Job summary

Fortive in Poland is seeking an analyst with deep Oracle HCM techno-functional experience to join the global team. You will work on global HR, compensation, talent management modules, and design cloud configurations, focusing on data extractions and API connectors.

The role requires collaboration with SMEs and business users, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and adaptability to agile practices. A Bachelor's degree with significant tech/industry experience is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience, preferably for a large global company as an analyst.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of technology or industry experience required.
• Experience with Oracle technologies like Approval Workflows, VBS Studio, Sandbox, HCM Design Studio, Flexfields, Fast Formulas, HDL, Quarterly updates, CWB patches etc.
• Strong technical skills in HCM System extracts, API Connectors, Reporting & analytics, developing system solutions and documentation standards.
• Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and processes across modules- Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management etc.
• Strong collaboration skills with SMEs and business users to drive business analysis/user requirements.
• Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop requirements and defend systems capabilities.
• Willingness to learn new applications and tools to support business model.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.
• Knowledge of Redwood and Oracle AI concepts.
