Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Warsaw seeks a Finance Oracle Manager to support assessment, discovery, and requirement workshops, helping define problem statements and review specifications from the business needs. You will assist in creating to-be flows, perform fit-gap analyses and provide design options.

You will be part of a learning culture within the CRL practice, collaborating with colleagues to deliver value to clients across consumer goods, retail, and logistics sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field or foreign equivalent.
• 2+ implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials).
• 7–8 years of experience in finance process analysis or consulting.
• Experience designing and configuring GL, AP, AR, FA and Cash Management.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment, discovery and requirement workshops with business.
• Define problem statements, review requirements and create to-be flows.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and propose solution alternatives.
• Create detailed design docs and participate in testing.

In the role of Finance Oracle Manager, you will support assessment, discovery, requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review/analyse requirements specifications from the business needs, support the creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and test.

Kills & Experience

Technology - Oracle ERP Cloud Financials

• 4 years bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• 2+ implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials)
• At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance Processes
• Experience in designing and configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules
• Experience with Oracle Fusion financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, Smart View) and month-end/quarter-end close processes
• Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices
• High-impact Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
