Job summary

Zeely Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to transform chaotic processes into clear, scalable systems.

You will work directly with the Head of Operations, conduct cross-functional process audits, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements with measurable business impact. You will partner with Engineering, QA, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and HR to map processes, build SOPs and RACI frameworks, and pursue automation to raise efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy Operations, Process Management, or Operations Consulting.
• Proven experience in conducting process audits and optimizing workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong systems thinking and root-cause problem solving.
• Experience working with Jira and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational audits across different departments.
• Identify bottlenecks, process losses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build process maps, SOPs, RACI frameworks, and improve workflows.
• Drive process improvements from idea to implementation.
• Work with Jira, Tableau, and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.
