Job summary

Fitollo, a Polish mobile meal-planning app, is seeking a hands-on Senior User Acquisition Manager. You will own paid acquisition strategy, budget, and execution across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and more, optimizing for CAC, ROAS and LTV. You will report to the founder and collaborate with Product.

Remote work with CET overlap is offered. You will manage a growing monthly budget, drive experiments, and expand into new markets as baseline metrics mature.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid user acquisition or performance marketing experience, including direct experience with B2C mobile subscription apps.
• Deep hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads or Google UAC. At least one of them should be Meta or TikTok.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns or channels while improving ROAS, CAC, LTV or payback, with numbers to support your contribution.
• Practical experience with an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred): you build and read cohort and event reports and understand platform-reported vs backend subscription data.
• Strong analytical and creative-testing skills; connect performance with audiences, hooks, and funnel angles.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google UAC and other channels.
• Manage a growing five-figure monthly paid acquisition budget; decide what to scale, pause, and where to shift spend.
• Define tracking requirements with Product and dev: events, SKAN values, and audit QA.
• Drive rapid experimentation across channels, creatives, audiences, offers and funnel angles.
• Plan controlled tests in new markets after baseline reliability; identify scalable channels and audiences.
• Evaluate campaigns by subscriber quality (activation, renewals, refunds, cancellations) not just cost per purchase.
• Lead creative analysis and testing; set weekly tests with kill/scale criteria; translate insights into direction.
• Monitor performance daily, identify risks and opportunities early.
