Job summary

nove8 is a young tech company building mobile apps that connect people and simplify life. We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to own paid campaigns on Snapchat and TikTok, scale traffic, and drive funnel growth through data-driven decisions.

In this role you will launch and optimize campaigns, analyze performance across funnels, audiences, geos, and creatives, and collaborate with creative/analytics teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition.
• Strong experience with Snapchat Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
• Experience with $400k monthly ad spend.
• Strong understanding of key UA metrics: CPA, ROI/ROAS, LTV, CVR, CPM, CTR.
• Experience with web and/or app funnels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Experience managing AppLovin campaigns will be a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Snapchat/TikTok) to join our UA team and take ownership of paid acquisition across Snapchat and TikTok. You will be responsible for scaling traffic, testing new approaches, analyzing performance, and driving funnel growth through data-driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For
