Salve.Lab is seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Growth team. You will run paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram and Reddit, optimize performance, and test new audiences and creatives to drive CAC/ROAS improvements.

This execution-focused role involves collaboration with the CMO and a growing international remote team. You should have hands-on experience launching and managing paid campaigns, a strong grasp of CAC, ROAS and conversion rates,

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on professional experience in performance marketing.
• Proven ability to launch, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with major consumer acquisition platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Reddit Ads).
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and campaign performance.
• Ability to own campaigns end-to-end and explain actions that improved results.

Aufgaben

• Launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across platforms.
• Own campaigns from setup to performance optimisation and testing.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and other KPIs.
• Design and run structured tests across audiences and creatives.
• Analyse data and implement data-driven changes to improve results.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and optimise them.
• Communicate actions and measurable improvements to the Growth team.
• Collaborate with the international remote team on strategies and experimentation.
