Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Deep Learning team. You will own end-to-end perception solutions, building, training and deploying state-of-the-art models for cloud and edge devices, with a focus on scalable, production-ready deployments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to MLOps efforts, and mentor junior engineers while enjoying a fully remote role based in Poland and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience building and deploying machine learning models for perception in production.
• Deep hands-on expertise in designing, training, evaluating and deploying highly optimized ML models for perception in cloud and edge devices.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Come up with solutions to complex problems in perception using deep learning.
• Articulate ideas both verbally and in written form culminating in clear design and project plan docs for their work
• Contribute to team roadmap and planning
• Work with cross functional teams across the company and contribute towards delivery of end to end solutions for the customer
• Help and mentor other junior engineers within the team
