Job summary

FORM is seeking a senior ML/AI engineer to develop and deploy machine learning models for computer vision and AR-enabled workflows. You will work on end-to-end model development, from training to deployment, in a fast-paced, globally scalable environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience developing and deploying ML/DL models in production or applied R&D.
• Strong understanding of classical and modern computer vision, linear algebra, calculus, 2D/3D geometry, and spatial graphics.
• Practical experience with modern LLMs/VLMs and prompt engineering.
• High proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate daily in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, fully tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with the team using Agile methodologies, Jira, and Git.
• Train and evaluate deep learning models and Vision-Language Models for retail scene understanding and product recognition.
• Design and implement features bridging computer vision and computer graphics using 2D/3D geometry for interactive AR workflows.
• Profile, optimize and quantize algorithms for latency- and memory-constrained edge hardware.
• Work with multimodal LLMs, VLMs, and prompting techniques to develop automated recognition tools.
• Improve and optimize algorithms for efficiency, robustness across store conditions, and global scalability.
