Job summary

Luxoft is hiring for a fully remote role based in Poland focusing on deep learning for perception. The team builds and maintains advanced models for 3D vision, video behavior, and vision-language tasks, with strong collaboration across platform and ML teams to scale MLOps.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on ML deployment in production, expertise in PyTorch, Python and CUDA, and a background in computer vision. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-4 years building and deploying machine learning models for perception in production settings.
• Core skills: Deep hands on expertise in designing, training, evaluating and deploying highly optimized machine learning models for perception in cloud and edge devices. Hands on experience in pytorch, python, cuda and related skills.
• Personal Attributes: Good communicator, self starter and ability to collaborate with others, quick learner who can adapt to a fast paced startup culture
• Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• 1. 3D vision models to predict depth and 3D structure,
• 2. Video/temporal behavior models to predict intent,
• 3. Deep understanding of Vision language models and hands-on experience fine tuning them,
• 4. Deep understanding of foundation models in perception.
• 5. Deep knowledge of nvidia edge device stack for running ML models and cuda know-how in terms delivering highly optimized models
• We're looking for someone who enjoys being challenged with complex problems in perception and loves working with a bunch of smart people applying state of the art techniques in deep learning to provide impactful solutions to problems
• This position is a fully remote position based in Poland.
