Job summary

Displate, a design-first ecommerce brand, seeks a Creative Strategist to level up from ads writing to shaping performance at scale. You’ll craft creative concepts and angles aligned with customer personas and brand objectives, and brief designers/editors to produce high-performing, conversion-optimized creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

You’ll monitor campaigns end-to-end, present learnings, and keep concepts fresh by analyzing trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics across

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience in copywriting for high-converting ads, VSLs, landing pages, UGC scripts and production briefs, for e-commerce.
• Experience working against clear performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR).
• Understanding of buying psychology and ability to turn it into persuasive messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and angles for Meta and TikTok Ads aligned with customer personas, branding and performance objectives.
• Write/generate high-quality copy for briefs (video voiceover, UGC brief, production brief).
• Monitor progress of creatives from ideation to testing and results; adjust concepts based on performance.
• Present learnings and the reasoning behind creative decisions.
