Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, e-commerce, or campaign management.
• Experience with lifestyle, retail, or fashion brands is preferred.
• Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, ClickUp, Canva, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the master marketing calendar across D2C, retail, PR, and influencer channels.
• Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
• Execute and QA Klaviyo email campaigns and analyze performance results.
• Manage retail copy, promotions, and listings across Shopify, Nordstrom, and Macy's.
• Write and optimize product listings and marketing copy using SEO best practices.
• Support press coordination and influencer outreach with PR and creative teams.
• Maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on promotions, pricing accuracy, and launch readiness.
• Manage tasks and workflows in ClickUp to maintain visibility and accountability.
