Qualifications

Proven experience managing business social media on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
Proficiency with Canva and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
Ability to work independently, follow a brand voice, and meet deadlines without daily supervision.
Strong organizational and proactive mindset for growth and content improvement.
Experience in community management, responding to comments and messages professionally.
Data-driven with ability to track analytics, growth, engagement and performance metrics.
Skilled in optimizing content for each platform and identifying trending topics.
