- Maintain the single source of truth for Strategic Risk metrics and reporting, ensuring consistency across stakeholders and forums.
- Define, monitor and evolve Strategic Risk metrics so they remain relevant, fit for purpose and aligned to the Strategic Risk framework and taxonomy.
- Own Strategic Risk appetite statements and associated metrics, coordinating refreshes as strategy, priorities or the risk profile changes.
- Surface insights, trend breaks, leading indicators and forward-looking analysis to enable effective review and constructive challenge.
- Support senior stakeholders and key governance forums with executive-ready materials, strong quality control and clear so what implications.
- Build trusted partnerships across Strategy, Business Lines, Finance and Risk and Compliance, clarifying ownership and driving timely decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation, manage a small agile team's delivery, and accelerate issues in a timely and proportionate way.
