Job summary

Seargin Ltd in Poland is seeking a Senior Java/Frontend Lead to drive critical enterprise projects within an SWAT-style team. You will shape architecture, guide development across Java, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP integrations, and AI-enabled SDLC.

The role offers a B2B contract, international project exposure, engagement with cutting-edge IT, and competitive rates with private medical care and MultiSport.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial Java and frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SOAP.
• Experience with Angular and React.js.
• SQL/SQL Server and Azure services (Cosmos DB, Application Insights, Azure DevOps).
• GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• AI tools across the SDLC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve critical business and technical issues as part of the SWAT Team.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support architectural decisions in complex enterprise environments.
• Contribute to system integrations and modernization initiatives across enterprise applications.
• Promote best practices in software development, DevOps, and operational excellence.
• Leverage AI tools and approaches to improve the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Java 25, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SOAP integrations.
• Frontend Frameworks
  • Practical experience with Angular and/or React.js.
• Databases and Azure Services
  • Knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and Azure services, including Cosmos DB, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD and Automated Deployments
  • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• AI-Enabled Software Development
  • Experience applying AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Technical Leadership and Communication
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical work independently in complex enterprise environments.
