Job summary

Seargin Ltd. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise workplace technology initiatives across global sites.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate platform integration and architecture, and ensure a unified, user-centric digital experience. Responsibilities include managing desk and meeting room booking, site maps, IoT data pipelines, asset maintenance, and coordinating multi-site release waves with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years leading multi-site software and enterprise projects.
• Experience delivering integrations between portals and platforms (SSO, calendars, interfaces).
• Knowledge of desk/room booking, site assets & IoT workflows.
• Familiarity with project management in regulated environments (CSV).
• Ability to align IT and business stakeholders and manage risks.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.

Job description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise workplace technology initiatives, ensuring a unified, user-centric digital experience across global sites.
• Coordinate Platform Integration and Architecture
  • Oversee integration between central enterprise portals and specialized site execution platforms, using SSO, deep links, and selective UI components rather than monolithic architecture.
• Manage Workplace Technology Capabilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of workplace solutions, including desk and meeting room booking, site maps, spatial and sensor data, and asset maintenance ticketing.
• Oversee Site Services and Core Integrations
  • Manage the integration of site amenities, digital food and beverage services, badge consumption, site bookings, identity management, IoT data pipelines, calendar systems, and backend interfaces.
• Coordinate Testing and Global Releases
  • Plan and coordinate multi-site release waves, system testing, interface configurations, and technical delivery across connected platforms.
• Manage Project Risks and Dependencies
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, manage cross-platform dependencies, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• IT Project Management Experience
  • 5–7+ years of experience leading business-critical, multi-track software projects and virtual teams across global sites in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Technical Integration and Delivery Expertise
  • Experience delivering integrations between enterprise intranet portals and operational platforms, including SSO, calendar systems, interfaces, and release coordination.
• Workplace Technology and IoT Knowledge
  • Understanding of workplace solutions and operational workflows, including desk and room booking, site amenities, asset maintenance, and spatial or sensor-based IoT pipelines.
• Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
  • Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks, with the ability to adapt to Project Manager, Squad Lead, or Scrum Master responsibilities as needed.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage executive stakeholders, evaluate trade-offs, align priorities, and build partnerships across IT and business teams.
• CSV and Organizational Change Management
  • Experience with Computerized System Validation (CSV) in regulated environments and strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise.
