Job summary

EY GDS Poland is expanding its Business Consulting practice and seeking a Senior Manager who blends delivery excellence with commercial drive and people leadership. You will own demand generation, capability development, and delivery quality across Business Transformation, Change Management, or AI-enabled change.

You will build relationships with EY Member Firm partners, co-develop market propositions, and guide teams to deliver complex programmes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of consulting experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering complex consulting programmes with business impact.
• Deep expertise in Business Transformation, Change Management, or AI-enabled change.
• Experience working in or with GDS/offshore delivery models.
• Strong internal influencing skills with partners.
