Job summary

PwC Warsaw is seeking a Senior Manager for the Financial Crime Unit to lead large-scale client engagements, drive delivery excellence, and foster continuous improvement across policy, process, and technology streams. You will oversee multi-stakeholder projects, manage budgets, and mentor teams while engaging with senior client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in a managerial role in BPO/GBS/SSC or similar
• Able to evaluate, develop, and operationalize policies and procedures to meet client needs
• Proven track record delivering complex end-to-end projects
• Experience building relationships with client representatives
• Ability to manage project finances, staffing and forecasts
• Strong planning, time management and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of large-scale, multi-stakeholder engagements
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for clients and team
• Ensure project success criteria are met and processes are efficient
• Mentor and develop managers and junior staff; provide performance feedback
• Manage relationships with clients and PwC network; provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
• Identify new value propositions and participate in business development activities
