You will collaborate with cyber tower leads, delivery organizations, and alliances to ensure market-ready, deliverable services at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and operating Cyber Managed Services at scale.
• Strong knowledge of managed-service operating models, governance, transition and service improvement practices.
• Experience in cyber domains such as SOC, MDR, vulnerability management, identity or cloud security.
• Ability to industrialize services and create repeatable delivery components.
• Understanding of the interplay between people, processes, technology and commercial viability.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (delivery, engineering, service management, operations).
• Ability to operate in complex international environments.
• Fluent English communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve scalable Cyber Managed Services operating models.
• Drive standardization of service components, governance, service management and quality controls.
• Develop repeatable transition and onboarding approaches for stable operations.
• Shape delivery models balancing global and regional capabilities, automation, talent and tooling.
• Collaborate with solution, sales and alliance teams to ensure commercial viability and scale.
• Improve service performance through KPI/SLA governance, issue resolution and optimization.
• Identify modernization opportunities leveraging automation, AI and platform integration.
• Coach delivery leaders and strengthen internal capabilities.
• Support major pursuits by validating delivery feasibility and operating models.
• Deliver measurable improvements in service quality, stability and efficiency.
• Increase standardization and reusability of services through frameworks and accelerators.
