PwC Kraków is seeking a Project Manager/Lead to enable efficient collaboration across five Working Groups and support SMEs in delivering agreed end products. The role focuses on structured coordination, planning, and ensuring timely progress, with an emphasis on coordinating international teams and driving governance reviews.

The ideal candidate has strong project and stakeholder management skills, fluency in English, and the ability to manage multiple dependencies while maintaining transparency

Qualifications

• Project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
• English speaking required.
• Excellent meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies and action items simultaneously.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with transformation or finance-related programs is beneficial.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation in daily work.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate activities within the Working Groups.
• Drive planning, scheduling, and alignment of Working Group meetings and workshops.
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and decision papers with Working Group Leads.
• Document outcomes, decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure follow-up and tracking of actions across workstreams.
• Support SMEs and Working Group members in organizing deliverables.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, and interdependencies between Working Groups.
• Consolidate status updates and prepare management reporting for governance bodies.
