Job summary

EY Poland is looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join the Business Consulting Finance GBS team. You will support transformation initiatives across finance strategy, operating models, and digital finance in an international, cross-functional setting.

This role requires a solid finance and project management background, with mentorship-driven culture and opportunities to work on AI-augmented capabilities within EY.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience within the Consulting and/or Processs Implementation.
• Experience in consulting projects related to process optimization (RtR/FP&A/PtP/OtC).
• Understanding of existing generative AI services.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems.
• Experience in system implementations, UAT, configuration, or support during finance system rollouts.
• Ability to collect and analyze complex data with data visualization literacy.
• Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of business metrics.
• High affinity in MS PowerPoint and Excel; interest in Power BI/MURAL.
• Project Management experience and proven track of project delivery.
• GBS Operating Model Design, Service Management framework definition is a plus.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Business Consulting Finance and work within a dynamic team in Finance Transformation, Digital Finance and Global Business Services.
• Support the execution of transformation programs from strategy development to operational implementation.
• Design finance operating models and finance processes; develop next generation digital finance capabilities.
• Contribute to project success with state-of-the-art project management methods.
• Work in an international team on cross-functional engagements such as GBS transformations or finance process optimization.
• Prepare benchmark analyses to optimize group structures and evaluate operating models and governance structures.
• Be part of the change and actively engage in shaping EY culture and internal team developments.
