Job summary

Mars is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to supervise warehouse and transport activities in the CEE cluster. You will ensure continuity of supply, coordinate with Sales, Planning and Customer Service, and consolidate data at the cluster level to drive improvements.

This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, MS Office efficiency, and knowledge of WMS/Navision; SAP S/4Hana is a plus. You will engage in audits and continuous process improvements across logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy with very good MS Office skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation capabilities.
• Superior English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of warehouse and transportation operations.
• Report and analyze KPIs of logistics operators (shipments, order accuracy, inventory turnover).
• Support settlement of logistics services by analyzing monthly dispatch and pallet data.
• Monitor service quality and supplier market to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Manage logistics projects and implement improvements with 3PLs.
• Prepare data for tenders for warehousing and transportation services at cluster level.
