Job summary

Tenarai in Poland seeks a Senior/Lead engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI agent solutions, combining internal enablement with hands-on technical delivery. You will build and ship LLM-based tools for internal use and lead sessions to help engineers adopt the tooling.

Responsibilities include running enablement sessions, providing worked examples and reusable material, and acting as the single point of contact for internal teams adopting these solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior or Lead level engineer capable of owning end-to-end delivery without supervision.
• Practical experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks or orchestration beyond prototyping.
• Comfortable explaining technical work to engineers who have not used it before, in writing and live.
• Working knowledge of GCP and GitHub-based development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents and LLM-based solutions for internal use.
• Run the technical side of enablement: sessions, walkthroughs, worked examples and reusable material for engineers.
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams adopting these solutions, from first question through to working implementation.
• Work in GCP and GitHub as the standard environment.
