Job summary

Lingarogroup in Poland seeks an experienced software engineer focused on production-grade AI systems. You will design LLM-based experiences, build retrieval pipelines, and orchestrate agentic workflows across multiple construction software products.

You will create clear technical artifacts, run evaluation-driven development loops, and collaborate with product teams to deliver measurable value while maintaining reliability and security.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering with production-grade AI.
Strong Python and cloud expertise.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, agents.
Ability to define measurable quality criteria for AI systems.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve AI capabilities across products.
Design production-grade AI systems incl. LLM experiences.
Create specs, evals, interfaces, and workflow contracts.
Define evaluation loops for quality, latency, cost.
Collaborate with product teams on cross-product opportunities.
Contribute to AI-native engineering practices.
Apply guardrails for reliability, observability, security.
Prototype new approaches turning AI capabilities into building blocks.
Guide other engineers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Align implementation choices with customer value and delivery feasibility.
