Job summary

Techland Sp. z o. o. in Warsaw is seeking an experienced executive to lead our live services and monetization strategy for our AAA titles. You will work closely with production, finance and live-ops teams to steer revenue growth and refine post-launch campaigns.

The role demands strong analytical thinking, KPI ownership, and the ability to build sustainable relationships with developers, publishers and industry partners to forecast revenue and drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience in managing digital business operations or closely related areas.
• Proven track record of driving Live Services and revenue growth in mobile, F2P, or AAA titles, including hands-on experience with monetization systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships.
• Highly analytical mindset with experience defining, tracking, and optimizing KPIs.
• Deep expertise in monetization strategies, with solid understanding of player acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of revenue forecasting and forecast creation processes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a long-term sales and monetization strategy aligned with the game vision.
• Collaborating with live operations and operational teams to maximize post-launch campaign effectiveness.
• Overseeing revenue projections, analyzing performance trends, and adapting strategies to meet business objectives.
• Building and maintaining relationships with major game developers, publishers, and industry partners.
• Defining, tracking, and refining KPIs related to sales and monetization.
• Working with internal stakeholders to build and maintain revenue forecasts.
