Techland, a premier game developer in Poland, is seeking a senior monetization leader to shape long-term sales and monetization strategies for our live games. You will drive revenue growth across mobile, F2P, and AAA titles, partnering with live operations, production, and finance teams to optimize post-launch campaigns and forecast revenue with precision.

Qualifications

Extensive senior-level experience in managing digital business operations.
Proven track record of driving Live Services and revenue growth in mobile, F2P, or AAA titles with monetization experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term relationships.
Highly analytical with experience defining, tracking, and optimizing KPIs.
Deep expertise in monetization strategies, including player acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of revenue forecasting and forecast creation processes.
Excellent knowledge of the video game market and player behavior.
Strong planning and organizational capabilities with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a long-term sales and monetization strategy aligned with the game's vision.
Collaborate with live operations and internal teams to maximize post-launch campaigns.
Own the revenue forecast and monitor performance trends to adjust strategies in real time.
Analyze game changes impact and identify opportunities to drive sales performance.
Build and maintain relationships with major game developers, publishers, and industry partners.
Define, track, and refine KPIs related to sales and monetization.
Contribute to revenue forecasting processes with cross-functional teams.
Monitor sales trends and drive innovative monetization solutions.
