Job summary

Huuuge Games in Warsaw is seeking a Monetization Specialist to shape revenue strategy and improve product performance across our titles. You will own monetization initiatives, collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics, and use data-driven insights to drive impact from ideation to execution.

The role requires 2+ years in game monetization, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication. A relocation package is available as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Specialist in the gaming industry.
• Proven background in product monetization and marketing strategy execution.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Creative and curious mindset with a strong business orientation.
• Great communication skills and experience collaborating across teams.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize revenue and engagement.
• Collaborate on product launches and LiveOps calendars to hit KPIs.
• Analyze monetization mechanics, pricing, and promotions using data.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and analytics to align efforts.
• Lead or support monetization projects to boost LTV and user experience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
