EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM into a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across multiple channels, collaborating with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams.

You will design journeys, test ambitious ideas, and build a scalable CRM playbook to drive growth for a rapidly expanding AI platform used by millions of users globally.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM growth with revenue impact in a high-volume business.
• Experience in consumer subscription models with direct revenue influence.
• Ability to design and run cross-channel onboarding, retention, and reactivation journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own the full CRM lifecycle from onboarding to reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and segmentation.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-up journeys to convert and retain users.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, and LTV through personalization and timing.
