Optery is seeking a senior lifecycle marketer to own end-to-end CRM, retention, and email programs for a subscription-based service. You will design journeys, build campaigns, craft copy, run experiments, and report results.

You will use Customer.io (and alternatives like Iterable, Braze, or Klaviyo) to build automated flows, orchestrate in-app messaging, and optimize push strategies. Remote role based in the United States with US business hours.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of significant hands-on experience owning lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email marketing programs for a subscription-based service.
• Fluency in a modern marketing automation platform including segmentation, triggered workflows, and templating languages like Liquid.
• Strong copy instincts: write clear, persuasive messaging and know when to test.
• Comfort with data: define metrics, pull reports, interpret results (SQL and product analytics a plus).
• Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR/CCPA basics).
• Experience with AI in workflows.
• Builder's mindset: own a function, not just execute tickets.
• Bonus: privacy/security or consumer subscription products; experience with B2C and B2B messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Own lifecycle marketing roadmap across activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Build, launch, and iterate automated campaigns in Customer.io or equivalents.
• Own in-app messaging and transactional communications with product and engineering.
• Develop push notification strategy and coordinate with email channels.
• Develop segmentation and personalization with behavioral data and dynamic templating.
• Run A/B tests on sequences, subject lines, timing, and offers with defined holdouts.
• Manage email deliverability, list hygiene, and suppression strategies.
• Collaborate with analytics to measure lifecycle performance and tie to revenue.
• Coordinate messaging with paid acquisition, product, and support teams.
