Job summary

Optery is seeking a senior lifecycle marketer who will own end-to-end campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications. You’ll design journeys, build campaigns, and run experiments to maximize activation, retention, and expansion.

You’ll work with Customer.io or equivalents (Iterable/Braze/Klaviyo), own deliverability, and collaborate with product and analytics to connect messaging to revenue.

Qualifications

• Own lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email programs at scale.
• Fluent in modern marketing automation platforms with segmentation and templating.
• Strong writing and testing mindset to optimize messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing roadmap across activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Build, launch, and iterate automated campaigns and flows in marketing platforms.
• Own in-app messaging and transactional communications with product/engineering.
• Develop and optimize push notification strategies and channel coordination.
• Create segmentation/personalization using behavioral/account data.
