Veeva Systems, Inc. is launching the Consultant Development Program (CDP) in Poland to accelerate early-career professionals into high-impact consultants delivering cloud and AI solutions for Life Sciences clients.

As an Associate to Consultant in the Managed Services track, you will work hands-on with our platform, tailor solutions for customers, test features, manage deliverables, and develop advisory skills while traveling up to 20-30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate (up to 2 years postgraduate experience maximum).
• Demonstrated drive, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to software and technology.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Analytical thinker with solid academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Tailor the software by configuring the platform to fit customer needs and processes.
• Test features and help customers validate ideas before wider release.
• Manage deliverables, estimate timelines, and keep projects on track.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize value from the technology.
