Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven software company enabling life sciences firms to move to cloud-based platforms. The role focuses on owning long-term technical strategy, architecture, and platform evolution with direct access to R&D engineers.

As a trusted advisor to Life Sciences leaders, you will lead complex implementations, migrations from on-premise to cloud SaaS, and influence product roadmaps from within a Poland-based hub of 60+ consultants, supported by a global network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations technology solutions with hands-on software configuration.
• Proven technical leadership and ability to lead project teams and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
• Prior experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated industries.
• Applied change management to migrate from legacy to cloud SaaS platforms.
• Mentorship experience coaching and developing junior consultants or technical staff.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Physical residence in Poland with legal work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert designing and executing complex platform configurations, custom workflows, object lifecycles, and system enhancements across Clinical or Regulatory Vault platforms.
• Guide enterprise clients through migrations from legacy on-premise systems to modern SaaS platforms, applying structured change management to accelerate adoption and minimize operational risk.
• Partner with client IT leadership on post-implementation programs, leading discussions on technical trade-offs and aligning business needs with standard platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Veeva Product Management and R&D engineering teams, providing implementation experience to shape future software releases.
• Provide technical mentorship, configuration reviews, and architectural guidance to junior consultants and project teams across the regional hub.
