Savills Warsaw is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to join the EMEA Lease Administration Lead under the Lease Administration Team. You will manage processes, maintain client real estate data, and support transactional teams with analytics and dashboards.

Responsibilities include CRM-driven business development support, database governance, and quarterly reporting. Strong English, 5+ years in related roles, and advanced MS Office skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis or lease administration.
• Practical experience with IFRS 16.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Very good English skills (daily cooperation with international team members and clients).

Responsibilities

• Organise and support process and procedure management, update team processes and materials.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics for clients.
• Maintain CRM input for business development activities and monitor client interactions.
• Manage lease administration databases and user access, conduct portfolio audits.
• Coordinate training and team development initiatives within the Lease Administration group.
• Deliver quarterly management reporting and support analytics models for decision-making.
• Support digital experience and client data accuracy across the portfolio.
