Job summary

ITDS, in collaboration with our client in the banking sector, seeks a Senior Lean Process Analyst to drive continuous improvement using Lean, smart automation, and AI-enabled insights. The role is Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Poznan-based with a hybrid work model, requiring at least 40% of work from the office.

You will design customer-centric processes, lead cross-functional transformation projects, and pragmatically apply automation and AI to enhance service quality and operational performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in process analysis, optimization, or operational excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert certification, or equivalent proof of advanced optimization expertise.
• Hands-on experience using AI-based tools in analytical and continuous improvement activities.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of operational management best practices, risk management, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives that optimize business processes and organizational structures.
• Design efficient processes that enhance external and internal customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects from planning through implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Improve operational efficiency through structured process management and continuous improvement practices.
• Apply automation and AI tools to accelerate optimization and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze processes and workflows to identify operational pain points and recommend targeted improvements.
• Strengthen service quality and operational effectiveness by implementing process governance and standards.
• Explore and introduce new methodologies, techniques, and tools to expand optimization capabilities.
