Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior FP&A AI Transformation Analyst to modernize financial planning and analysis using automation and AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with finance teams globally, driving process improvements, reporting quality, and efficiency.

You will join the Global Analytics & Insights organization and operate in a hybrid model with three days in Katowice and two remote days.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, finance transformation, or related responsibilities.
Experience with financial data, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
Experience using Excel and reporting/automation tools to improve processes.
Partnership experience with cross-departmental stakeholders and translating requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation projects that improve FP&A processes, reporting, and efficiency through automation and digital tools.
Partner with FP&A teams and stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate requirements into practical solutions.
Develop and enhance financial reporting, dashboards, and automated workflows that support decision-making.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, root causes, data quality issues, and opportunities for standardization.
Manage project activities from planning through implementation, including timelines, risks, and change adoption.
