Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Economics/Finance
• Master's in Business Administration or Business Analytics preferred
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2)

Responsibilities

• Create a roadmap for lean digital transformation across the client’s core and enterprise operations.
• Lead digital-led transformation projects and program management with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and govern business process management systems for new clients.
• Drive automation strategies to streamline workflows and ROI.
• Coach project owners and teams in DMAIC and Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with operating teams to deliver SLAs and mitigate risks.
