Job summary

Genpact seeks a Sr. Associate - S&M - Digital Marketing in a full-time remote-capable role based in Poland. You will oversee digital content, analytics, and marketing operations, driving process improvements and supporting global campaigns.

You will collaborate with Marketing Teams, manage GPIM content, and ensure timely project delivery with a focus on data accuracy and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in business/marketing-related fields.
• Relevant marketing and sales knowledge for B2B environments.
• Experience in data analytics and digital marketing metrics.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise on processes and data governance.
• Participate in deployment of new systems and releases and conduct necessary testing.
• Travel internationally if required.
• Monitor work queues and ensure tasks meet SLA targets.
• Coordinate queues, drive cycle time improvements, and optimize data quality.
